I am David, 26 years old and in the last few months of my referenda, which I have completed in Nuremberg. That's why I'm currently looking for an apartment to rent, ideally from approx. Beginning of August until the end of December. :

I am a quiet, neat and reliable tenant. In my spare time I like cycling or walking, but I am currently primarily concerned with preparing for my exams. I don't smoke and have no pets.

Regarding district and apartment size, I am basically flexible, but a good connection to the subway network or public transport would be great. At present I live in the northern city and feel very comfortable here, but of course I am also open to other parts of the city:)

I can provide proof of salary and/or a guarantee by my parents if necessary. I look forward to matching offers and are of course available for further questions.

ich bin David, 26 Jahre alt und befinde mich in den letzten Monaten meines Referendariats, welches ich in Nürnberg absolviere. Deshalb bin ich aktuell auf der Suche nach einer Wohnung zur Zwischenmiete, im Idealfall von ca. Anfang August bis Ende Dezember. :)

Ich bin ein ruhiger, ordentlicher und zuverlässiger Mieter. In meiner Freizeit fahre ich gerne Fahrrad oder gehe wandern, aktuell bin ich aber vorrangig mit der Vorbereitung auf mein Examen beschäftigt. Ich rauche nicht und habe keine Haustiere.

Bezüglich Stadtteil und Wohnungsgröße bin ich grundsätzlich flexibel, jedoch wäre eine gute Anbindung an das U-Bahn-Netz bzw. den öffentlichen Nahverkehr super. Aktuell wohne ich zur Untermiete in der Nordstadt und fühle mich hier sehr wohl, bin aber natürlich auch für andere Stadtteile offen :)

Gehaltsnachweise und/oder eine Bürgschaft durch meine Eltern kann ich bei Bedarf gerne erbringen. Ich freue mich sehr auf passende Angebote und stehe bei weiteren Fragen natürlich gerne zur Verfügung.
