Young family looking for long-term home Junge Familie sucht langfristiges Zuhause

We are a couple (26&32 years old) with baby (7 months) and are looking for a 4-room apartment where we can become home in the long term. At the moment we live a 2-bedroom apartment that is getting too small. In addition, my husband plans to work more intensively at home office, which is why a work room is needed.

My husband is an engineer at the Deutsche Bahn, I am an academic and currently in parental time. A stable income is guaranteed.

We are looking for an apartment in which there is ideally a kitchen for detachment. In addition, it would be great if the apartment is accessible by elevator or we could park the stroller somewhere in the stairwell. Besides, it would be great if all rooms are accessible from the hallway, but that is not necessarily a must.

We could move in from 1 July 2025 at the earliest, from there we are flexible in time.

Wir sind ein Ehepaar (26&32 Jahre alt) mit Baby (7 Monate) und suchen nach einer 4-Zimmer-Wohnung, in der wir langfristig heimisch werden können. Derzeit bewohnen wir eine 2-Zimmer-Wohnung, die uns langsam zu klein wird. Zudem plant mein Mann, verstärkt im Home Office zu arbeiten, weswegen ein Arbeitszimmer nötig wird.

Mein Mann ist Ingenieur in Festanstellung bei der Deutschen Bahn, ich bin Akademikerin und momentan in Elternzeit. Ein stabiles Einkommen ist gewährleistet.

Wir suchen eine Wohnung, in der idealerweise eine Küche zur Ablöse vorhanden ist. Zudem wäre es toll, wenn die Wohnung per Aufzug erreichbar ist oder aber wir den Kinderwagen irgendwo im Treppenhaus geeignet abstellen könnten. Außerdem wäre es toll, wenn alle Zimmer vom Flur aus begehbar sind, das ist aber nicht unbedingt ein Muss.

Wir könnten frühestens ab dem 1. Juli 2025 einziehen, ab da sind wir zeitlich flexibel.
