Beautiful 2-room apartment with balcony in the Neustadt Schöne 2-Raumwohnung mit Balkon in der Neustadt

Hello, we rent our 2 WG for just a month as we are both on holiday.

The apartment consists of 2 rooms (both about 15qm, south side), a large kitchen with fridge, oven, dishwasher and washing machine, a bathroom with shower and a balcony to the quiet backyard out. Both rooms get plenty of daylight, have a big bed and the windows are high enough that nobody can look in. The total rental for the apartment is 650€.

The area is very pleasant and quiet, there is a Späti, Döner and Lidl in the immediate vicinity and you can walk in 10 minutes in the middle of the new town. In 5 minutes you will be at the Neustadt railway station and the tram is 3 minutes.

Hallo, wir vermieten unsere 2er WG für knapp einen Monat da wir beide im Urlaub sind.

Die Wohnung besteht aus 2 Räumen (beide ca.15qm, Südseite), einer großen Küche mit Kühlschrank, Ofen, Geschirrspüler und Waschmaschine, einem Bad mit Dusche und einem Balkon zum ruhigen Hinterhof raus. Beide Zimmer bekommen viel Tageslicht, haben ein großes Bett und die Fenster sind hoch genug dass keiner reinschauen kann. Die Gesamtmiete für die Wohnung ist 650€.

Die Gegend ist sehr angenehm und ruhig, es gibt einen Späti, Döner und Lidl in unmittelbarer Nähe und zu Fuß ist man in 10 Minuten mitten in der Neustadt. In 5 Minuten ist man am Bahnhof Neustadt und zur Tram sind es 3 Minuten.
