I am Mehmet and looking from the 1. October 2025 a renter or renter for my 2-room apartment in Burckhardtstraße in Dresden-Johannstadt (38 m2). I’m Mehmet and I’m looking for a subtenant or new tenant for my 2-room apartment (38 m2) on Burckhardtstraße in Dresden-Johannstadt, starting October 1st, 2025. We’re checking with the landlord whether it will be a temporary sublease (until May, with a possibility to take over the lease) or a permanent lease transfer.

The monthly rent is €450 and includes all utilities such as heating, electricity, water, and so on. The furniture will remain in the apartment and should mostly be taken over, especially the kitchen must be taken over. If you don’t want certain pieces of furniture, we can discuss removing them.

The apartment is perfect for one person and is well located with easy access to the city and the university. It takes about 15 minutes by bus to reach the city center. The Elbe riverbank is just a 5-minute walk away. A bus stop is around 5 minutes away on foot, and the nearest train station can be reached in about 15 minutes by walking.

Wohnungsgesuch – Nach-/Untermieter für 2-Zimmer-Wohnung in Johannstadt gesucht

Hallo,

ich bin Mehmet und suche ab dem 1. Oktober 2025 einen Nachmieter oder Untermieter für meine 2-Zimmer-Wohnung in der Burckhardtstraße in Dresden-Johannstadt (38 m²). Aktuell klären wir noch mit der Vermietung, ob es sich um eine Untermiete (befristet bis Mai, aber die Wohnung kann dann übernommen werden) oder eine Nachmiete (unbefristet) handeln wird.

Die Warmmiete beträgt 450 € monatlich und beinhaltet bereits alle Nebenkosten wie Heizung, Wasser, Strom und ähnliches. Die Möbel bleiben in der Wohnung und sollen größtenteils übernommen werden, insbesondere die Einbauküche muss übernommen werden. Falls einzelne Möbelstücke nicht gewünscht sind, können diese nach Absprache entfernt werden.

Die Wohnung ist ideal für Einzelpersonen und liegt zentral mit guter Anbindung an die Stadt und die Universität. Man erreicht die Innenstadt in etwa 15 Minuten mit dem Bus. Das Elbufer ist in nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Eine Bushaltestelle befindet sich etwa 5 Gehminuten entfernt, und die nächste Bahnhaltestelle erreicht man in ungefähr 15 Minuten zu Fuß.
