The room is beautifully bright through the large window, has high ceilings, a high-quality parquet floor and a great, ceiling-high built-in wardrobe, in which everything can be super stowed. You enter the room via the conservatory, the room door is a new heat-insulated entrance door. :
A beautiful hallway leads to the daylight bath, to the separate toilet and to the kitchen with a comfortable seating.
The highlight is the large conservatory with adjoining terrace. The virtually invisible garden in the back of the house invites you to grill and chill.
In total there are three apartments in the house, which are all rented as WGs, especially to students. So you can, but you don't have to, also have much more connection and there is always someone to do what or to sit comfortably together.
Das Zimmer ist durch das große Fenster schön hell, hat hohe Decken, einen hochwertigen Parkettboden und einen tollen, deckenhohe Einbauschrank, in dem sich alles super verstauen lässt. Das Zimmer betrittst Du über den Wintergarten, die Zimmertür ist eine nigelnagelneue wärmeisolierte Nebeneingangstüre. :)
Über einen schönen Flur gelangt man ins Tageslichtbad, zur separaten Toilette und in die Wohnküche mit gemütlicher Sitzgelegenheit.
Das Highlight ist der große Wintergarten mit sich anschließender Terrasse. Der quasi uneinsehbare Garten im hinteren Bereich des Hauses lädt zum Grillen und Chillen ein.
Insgesamt gibt es im Haus drei Wohnungen, die alle als WGs, vorallem an Studenten, vermietet werden. So kann man, muss man aber nicht, auch noch viel mehr Anschluss haben und es findet sich immer jemand, um was zu unternehmen oder um gemütlich zusammen zu sitzen.
The location is great. The bus stop is right in front of the door (neighbouring building), the REWE, baker and the Penny Ringelbach you can walk well in a few minutes and get to the university comfortably by bike, bus or walk.
You can quickly get to the city centre by bus or by bike or running.
Die Lage ist super. Die Bushaltestelle ist direkt vor der Tür (Nachbargebäude), zum REWE, Bäcker und zum Penny Ringelbach kann man gut in ein paar Minuten zu Fuß gehen und zur Hochschule bequem mit Fahrrad, Bus oder zu Fuß gelangen.
In die Innenstadt gelangt man schnell mit dem Bus oder auch mit Fahrrad oder Laufend.
