Hey we are about to organize a new WG foundation in Bergheim and are looking for two roommates. The apartment is in an absolutely quiet backyard and consists of a house that is listed by about 1820. The interior of the house is completely refurbished and it would be first of all after this renovation. The apartment has an entrance area, 4 rooms, of which two are still free, a toilet, a shower/bathroom, a very modern, brand new and large kitchen (with dishwasher) and a storage room on top of the attic. We in our WG are also the only ones with access to the house :). The apartment is fully furnished rented. Since at the moment there are no furniture in there, the pictures look a bit bald, but the furniture is purchased by us four tenants (of course in agreement) from the tenant before the move. The room that is indicated in this advertisement is the room 2 on the floor plan and is about 9m^2. There is also a larger room (15,7m^2) for about 670 warm. If you would have in the greater interest then write to me about the other ad. :
Hey wir sind gerade dabei eine WG Neugründung in Bergheim zu organisieren und suchen deshalb zwei Mitbewohner. Die Wohnung ist in einem absolut ruhigen Hinterhof und besteht aus einem Haus, das denkmalgeschützt von ca.1820 ist. Das Innere des Hauses ist komplett saniert und es wäre Erstbezug nach dieser Sanierung. Die Wohnung verfügt über einen Eingangsbereich, 4 Zimmer, von denen noch zwei frei sind, einer Toilette, einem Dusch/Badezimmer, einer sehr modernen, niegelnagelneuen und großen Küche (mit Spülmaschine) und einem Lagerraum oben im Dachgeschoss. Wir in unserer WG sind auch die einzigen mit Zugang zu dem Haus :). Die Wohnung wird vollmöbliert vermietet. Da im Moment noch keine Möbel drin sind, sehen die Bilder etwas kahl aus, jedoch werden die Möbel auf Vorschlag, von uns vier Mietern, (natürlich in Absprache) vom Mieter noch vor dem Einzug angeschafft. Das Zimmer, dass in dieser Annonce angeben ist, ist das Zimmer 2 auf dem Grundriss und ist ca 9m^2 groß. Außerdem gibt es noch ein größeres Zimmer (15,7m^2) für ca.670 warm. Wenn ihr an dem größeren Interesse hättet dann schreibt mir am bessten über die andere Anzeige. :)
The location is an absolute dream! Everything is in 10min bike distance (you can check it hard). To the university in the field you need about 10min, to the old town you only need to walk 500m over the Bismarkplatz and to the campus Bergheim inclusive library you just need 5min walk. But even when it comes to leisure, everything is super close. The Neckarwiese, the pedestrian zone, the Venice Beach or also super sweet cafes and most importantly, the lower is in running bike distance! There is also an aldi around the next block and who wants to catch it has an EDEKA and REWE there.
Die Lage ist ein absolutes Träumchen! Alles ist in 10min Fahrraddistanz (könnt ihr gerne nachprüfen hehehe). Zur Uni im Feld braucht ihr ca.10min, zur Altstadt braucht ihr nur 500m über den Bismarkplatz zu laufen und auch zum Campus Bergheim inklusive Bibliothek braucht ihr gerade mal 5min zu Fuß. Aber auch wenn es um Freizeit geht ist alles super nah. Die Neckarwiese, die Fußgängerzone, das Venice Beach oder auch super süße Cafés und am aller wichtigsten, die Untere ist in Lauf-Fahrraddistanz! Außerdem gibt es um den nächsten Block herum einen Aldi und wer es etwas fancier will hat dort auch einen EDEKA und REWE.
We are both sisters, 20 (Lotti) and 21 (July) and study medicine in the 1st and dentistry in the 5th semester. We've always wanted to live together in an apartment and now we're looking for two cool people who have Bock to move in with us :)
We would really like a WG in which we grow together properly, but we are also sure that everyone takes over his part and keeps the WG nicely clean and tidy. If you live together, you just have to take care of each other.
July makes super happy sports of all kinds to get rid of the head from the stressful university (Gym, Climbing, Karate, Surfing, Running,...) and is really inspiring for everything. She plays violin in the Uniorchester, cooks, crafts and reads a lot.
Lotti is more of the type Baking and supplies the whole family with cookies and cakes, as well as she plays flute and makes Taekwondo.
Together we like to play X-Box, meet with friends and like to go to the one or other party:) to everything our future roommates are naturally welcome, maybe we even share a few hobbies!

Wir beide sind Schwestern, 20 (Lotti) und 21 (Juli) und studieren Medizin im 1. und Zahnmedizin im 5. Semester. Wir wollten schon immer zusammen in einer Wohnung wohnen und jetzt suchen wir zwei coole Leute, die Bock haben bei/mit uns einzuziehen :)
Wir hätten total Lust auf eine WG in der wir richtig zusammenwachsen, bei der wir aber auch sicher sind, dass jeder seinen Teil übernimmt und die WG schön sauber und ordentlich hält. Wenn man zusammen wohnt, muss man einfach Rücksicht aufeinander nehmen.
Juli macht super gerne Sport aller Art um den Kopf von der stressigen Uni freizubekommen (Gym, Klettern, Karate, Surfen, Laufen,…) und ist wirklich für alles zu begeistern. Sie spielt Geige im Uniorchester, kocht, bastelt und liest viel.
Lotti ist eher der Typ Backen und versorgt die ganze Family mit Keksen und Kuchen, außerdem spielt sie Querflöte und macht Taekwondo.
Gemeinsam spielen wir gerne X-Box, treffen uns mit Freunden und gehen gern auf die ein oder andere Party :) zu allem sind unsere zukünftigen Mitbewohner natürlich herzlich eingeladen, vielleicht teilen wir ja sogar ein paar Hobbys!
