Our WG is located on the edge of downtown in the beautiful Schanzenstraße. Here there are some WGs and from the plant ring (street) you hear nothing. Right around the corner is an unpacked store and a beautiful small place where you can sit on a coffee. The Neustädter Tor (purchasing center with Penny, Tegut and Müller) is about 5 minutes walk away and there are also many buses. Other bus stops are also only minutes away. The small railway station Oswaldsgarten is about 7 minutes away and the HAuptbahnhof is about 15 minutes away.

Unsere WG liegt am Rand der Innenstadt in der schönen Schanzenstraße. Hier gibt es einige WGs und von dem Anlagenring (Straße) hört man eigenltich nichts. Direkt um die Ecke ist ein Unverpackt-Laden und ein schöner kleiner Platz, wo man sich auf einen Kaffee hinsetzen kann. Das Neustädter Tor (Einkaufszentrum mit Penny, Tegut und Müller) ist etwa 5 min zu Fuß entfernt und dort fahren auch viele Busse. Auch andere Bushaltestellen sind nur wenige Minuten entfernt. Der kleine Bahnhof Oswaldsgarten ist ca. 7 min entfernt und der HAuptbahnhof etwa 15 min erreichbar.

Hello:) we are a cozy WG, in which: everything can, nothing has to. You always meet someone in the kitchen, there is also our dining table and a couch. Since we are 7 people it's rare that everyone is coming together, but a relaxed gaming evening usually comes about every few weeks. We're not a purpose WG! Through different daily routines, it usually happens spontaneously to enterprises. From time to time a few of us also like to go to the Sneak in the cinema around the corner :)

The WG consists of Lars, Robin, Svenja and Gunnar, in two rooms there is just a change, jasmin is moving with you. She studies medicine in the third semester and is open and happy to celebrate.
Lars studies psychology in the master, plays darts and likes to eat noodles with pesto! He has lived here for about half a year and enriches us with great conversations and the one or the other psychologist.
Robin is a referendar at a school, likes to cook up kilos and presumably the largest plant-pa in the WG (see if you can stop!). Robin is a lot on the go, but when you hit him, there are always beautiful stories from school and the world.
Svenja is a veterinarian, master cure and baker. Because of her studies she is a lot in university, but still creates more than most in a week on a day. It is the sunshine of the WG and swirls in front of energy.
Gunnar already lives in the WG for the longest time and works as a software developer in the home office, which is why it is most likely to happen. He likes racing bike, likes games evenings and is our master of finances.

We have a well-functioning cleaning plan. Because we are 7 people, every couple of weeks have to clean :)

Hallo :) wir sind eine gemütliche WG, in der gilt: alles kann, nichts muss. Man trifft eigentlich immer jemanden in der Küche an, dort ist auch unser Esstisch und eine Couch. Da wir 7 Leute sind ist es selten, dass sich alle zusammenfinden, aber ein entspannter Spieleabend kommt meistens alle paar Wochen zustande. Wir sind keine Zweck-WG! Durch unterschiedliche Tagesabläufe kommt es meist eher spontan zu Unternehmungen. Ab und zu gehen ein paar von uns auch gerne in die Sneak ins Kino um die Ecke :)

Die WG besteht aus Lars, Robin, Svenja und Gunnar, in zwei Zimmern findet gerade ein Wechsel statt, Jasmin zieht quasi mit dir neu ein. Sie studiert Medizin im 3. Semester und ist offen und feiert gerne.
Lars studiert Psychologie im Master, spielt gerne Darts und isst liebend gern Nudeln mit Pesto! Er wohnt seit etwa einem halben Jahr hier und bereichert uns mit tollen Gesprächen und der ein oder anderen Psychologie-Stunde.
Robin ist Referendar an einer Schule, kocht gerne kiloweise Aufläufe und vermutlich der größte Pflanzen-Papa in der WG (mal schauen, ob du mithalten kannst!). Robin ist viel unterwegs, wenn man ihn aber mal antrifft dann gibt´s immer schöne Geschichten aus der Schule und der Welt.
Svenja ist Tiermedizinerin, Meisterhäklerin und -bäckerin. Aufgrund ihres Studiums ist sie viel in der Uni, schafft aber trotzdem an einem Tag mehr als die meisten in einer Woche. Sie ist der Sonnenschein der WG und sprudelt vor Energie.
Gunnar lebt schon am längsten in der WG und arbeitet als Softwareentwickler im Home-Office, weshalb man ihn wahrscheinlich am häufigsten antrifft. Er fährt gerne Rennrad, mag Spieleabende und ist unser Meister der Finanzen.

Wir haben einen gut funktionierenden Putzplan. Dadurch, dass wir 7 Leute sind, muss jede/r nur alle paar Wochen putzen :)

Over the past few years, additional costs have been increased due to rising energy prices. However, I have always received good money back, as the prepayment of heating costs are somewhat too high, that is, if you don't heat too much in winter you get back money every year :)

We pay €50 each month to the WG cash register. The money is spent on flour, oil, detergents etc., electricity and, if necessary, for reperatures or new purchases.

Die Nebenkosten wurden in den vergangenen Jahren angehoben aufgrund der steigenden Energiepreise. Ich habe jedoch immer gutes Geld zurückbekommen, da die Vorauszahlung der Heizkosten etwas zu hoch sind, das heißt wenn man nicht allzu viel heizt im Winter bekommt man jedes Jahr wieder Geld zurück :)

Wir zahlen jeden Monat 50 € in die WG-Kasse ein. Das Geld wird für Mehl, Öl, Waschmittel etc. ausgegeben, Strom und ggf. für Reperaturen oder Neuanschaffungen.
