The location is optimal as you live here on the edge of the Martinsviertel – the most beautiful neighborhood in Darmstadt. In addition, you are on foot at the Bürgerpark/Nordbad in about 5 minutes and at the Herrgarten in about 10 minutes. The nearest bus stop is about 3 min walk and about 6 min to the Rhönring tram stop. With the bike it is only 7 min to the city center, so also not far to the university. Aldi and Rewe are within 3 minutes walking distance.

Die Lage ist optimal, da du hier am Rand vom Martinsviertel wohnst – dem tollsten Viertel in Darmstadt. Zudem bist du in ca. 5 min. zu Fuß am Bürgerpark/Nordbad und in ca. 10 min beim Herrngarten. Zur nächsten Bushaltestelle sind es ca. 3 min zu Fuß und ca. 6 min zur Straßenbahnhaltestelle Rhönring. Mit dem Rad sind es nur 7 min in die Innenstadt, also auch nicht weit zur Uni. Aldi und Rewe sind in innerhalb von 3 min zu Fuß zu erreichen.

You will live with David and Jacob in time. David studies biotechnology in the Master and works alongside as Hiwi. Jakob has recently given his bachelor thesis and is currently working until it continues with his master.

In general, we have a very relaxed WG life and are all very well friends with each other, which is why we would be very happy to have a*n roommate who likes an active WG life. It is, of course, not a duty to sit in the kitchen with us in the evening, to play Wii or to go bouldering, but a friendly relationship would be nice, as we do not want to be a purpose WG.

We are also not a puppet, but especially in bathroom and kitchen a certain standard is desired so that everyone feels comfortable.

Du wirst in der Zeit mit David und Jakob zusammenleben. David studiert Biotechnologie im Master und arbeitet nebenbei als Hiwi. Jakob hat seine Bachelorarbeit vor kurzem abgegeben und arbeitet aktuell, bis es mit seinem Master weitergeht.

Allgemein haben wir ein sehr entspanntes WG-Leben und sind alle sehr gut miteinander befreundet, weshalb wir uns sehr über eine*n Mitbewohner*in freuen würden, die Lust auf ein aktives WG-Leben hat. Es ist aber natürlich keine Pflicht mit uns abends in der Küche zusammen zu sitzen, Wii zu spielen oder bouldern zu gehen, jedoch wäre ein freundschaftliches Verhältnis schön, da wir keine Zweck-WG sein möchten.

Wir sind auch keine Putzteufel, aber vor allem in Bad und Küche ist ein gewisser Standard erwünscht, sodass sich jede*r wohl fühlt.

In the price of 435€ everything is included (electricity, WLAN, GEZ etc.). I would like to leave the furniture completely in the room incl. Plants, why it would be great if you have a green thumb (but it is not a must – otherwise we will find another solution😊).
A deposit of 1300€ will be charged to the room / furniture.
The room is limited until the end of December - over a few weeks to the back we could talk again. But as there is likely to be a lot of change in the next few months, there is a chance that you could take another room if it should fit well between us😊

Im Preis von 435€ ist alles inklusive (Strom, WLAN, GEZ etc.). Die Möbel würde ich gerne komplett im Zimmer lassen inkl. Pflanzen, weshalb es toll wäre, wenn du einen grünen Daumen hast (ist aber kein Muss – wir finden sonst auch eine andere Lösung😊).
Auf das Zimmer / die Möbel wird insgesamt eine Kaution von 1300€ anfallen.
Das Zimmer ist befristet bis Ende Dezember - über ein paar Wochen nach hinten raus könnten wir aber nochmal sprechen. Da aber voraussichtlich viel Wandel in den nächsten Monaten stattfinden wird, besteht die Chance, dass du ein anderes Zimmer übernehmen könntest, falls es gut zwischen uns passen sollte😊
