Ich suche eine/n Untermieter/in für meine zentral gelegene Wohnung in der Schwetzingerstadt,

die Wohnung liegt zentral in Mannheim, hat ein großes Bad, und eine große Küche mit Balkon. Da der Internetvertrag Ende September endet, habe ich den originalen Mietpreis verringert. In den 750 Euro sind Wasser, Heizung und Strom enthalten. Da ich den Großteil der Möbel in der Wohnung lassen möchten, habe ich als Kaution drei Monatsmieten, also 2250 Euro in bar festgelegt. Für eine Besichtigung könnt ihr mir einfach eine Nachricht zukommen lassen.
