Artist looking for new home Künstlerin sucht neues zu Hause

Hello dear tenants,

my name is Michelle (26) and I'm looking for my new home. I know you read a lot by so I keep it short:
So why me?

My sad prehistory(why I pull out) :
I lived happily in a WG until half a year ago a new roommate came. The two (so one) have fallen in love and now my fantastic WG is broken. :(
Now I'm looking for a new home.

Fun Facts:
I'm studying Felbi at the PH.
In addition to my studies, I work at Palmbräu Gasse as a shift manager. It sounds like I'm always on my way, but I'm not. I really like being at home and reading my book, drawing and cooking. I'm a quiet and relaxed renter. (& is really looking forward to a lot of rest)

It is important to me that I can live with my dog (Yorkshire Terrier) as I share him with my sister and she soon moves to Mexico for her Erasmus. This doesn't mean my dog's always there's only occasionally.
My dog would be there occasionally, but not permanently. She's often with my sister.

I'd like to assure you that this dog doesn't bother them and they won't even realize he was there.
My rent and the extra costs are financed by me and my parents.

mein Name ist Michelle (26) und ich suche mein neues zuHause. Ich weiss ihr liest euch bwstimmt viele durch also halte ich es kurz:
Also warum mich?

Meine traurige Vorgeschichte(warum ich ausziehe) :
Ich habe glücklich in einer WG gewohnt bis vor einem halben Jahr ein neuer Mitbewohner kam. Die beiden (also einer) haben sich verliebt und jetzt ist meine traumhafte WG kaputt. :(
Jetzt suche ich ein neues zuhause.

Noch so Fun Facts:
Ich studiere Felbi an der PH.
Neben meinem Studium arbeite ich in der Palmbräu Gasse als Schichtleiter. Es hört sich an als wäre ich immer unterwegs, das bin ich aber nicht. Ich bin echt gerne zuhause und lese mein Buch, zeiche und koche. Ich bin eine ruhige und entspannte Mieterin. (& freue mich richtig über ganz viel Ruhe)

Mir ist es wichtig, dass ich mit meinem Hund (Yorkshire Terrier) leben kann, da ich den mit meiner Schwester ihn teile und sie bald für ihr Erasmus nach Mexiko zieht. Das heist nicht das mein Hund dauernd da ist nur ab und zu.
Mein Hund wäre also ab und zu da, aber nicht permanent. Sie ist oft bei meiner Schwester.

Ich möchte Sie versichern, das dieser Hund ihnen keine Probleme macht und sie nicht mal merken werden, dass er da wäre.
Meine Miete und die Nebenkosten, werden von mir und meinen Eltern finanziert.
